SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Ship via FedEx (Standard Overnight, 2Day, Ground) or UPS (Next Day Air®, Second Day Air®, or Ground). Please note your preference at the time of check out and applicable shipping charges will be applied. Rush shipping will be limited to currently in stock items.


EXCHANGE / RETURN 

We want you to be completely satisfied with every AvaSterling purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, refund, or credit ( shipping and handling charges are excluded ). The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange. The jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration. Engraved items and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Please write Exchange or Return on the invoice and on the outside of the box. Please fill out the Exchange/Return form and include it in the box and ship it to

PayPal is our preferred method, since faster processing time means faster service for you! If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay us securely with your credit card using PayPal ( and you don't even have to sign up for an account!). If you'd like to sign up for a PayPal account, you can visit www.PayPal.com - there is no cost, and the set up time is very short. Please note: We fully reserve the right to not ship to any non-confirmed paypal addresses.

Please also note when paying by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express that your billing address and zip code must correspond with the billing address and zip code on file with the card issuing bank. If it does not correspond, we will not be able to process your order. We are required to verify your address and payment information with the bank that issues your credit card, this will delay the processing of your order significantly.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any transactions or sales that appear suspicious or fraudulent.


JEWELRY CARE 

Sterling, Gold and Platinum - Metal jewelry is easily cared for by washing the piece with a mixture of non-abrasive dish soap with a small soft toothbrush. Many of the sterling silver pieces have been Rhodium plated to prevent tarnish that forms on the surface of Sterling silver, the Rhodium plating will not be affected by washing with light dish soap.

Pearls - Pearls should be treated with care and only wiped with a soft damp cloth for cleaning. Pearls should never be put in commercially available jewelry cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners, they will damage the surface of the pearls.

Beads - Beads should be treated with care and only wiped with a soft damp cloth for cleaning. Beads should never be put in commercially available jewelry cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners, they will damage the surface of the beads.

Turquoise - Turquoise should be treated with care and only wiped with a soft damp cloth for cleaning. Turquoise should never be put in commercially available jewelry cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners, they will damage the surface of the turquoise. Turquoise is naturally very soft and in most cases has been treated with a stabilizing epoxy resin to prevent it from cracking. The stabilizing treatment does not damage the turquoise or devalue it, it only adds to the stability and wearability of the stone.

Diamonds and Precious Gemstones - Diamonds and Precious Gemstones should be treated with care, washed with a mixture of non-abrasive dish soap and a small soft toothbrush. When extra cleaning is needed please see your local jeweler for a formal cleaning.


REPAIR 

If you should for any reason need your jewelry repaired within one year of purchase, please send it insured to the above address and we will be happy to repair it and return it to you.
